Because I had had an interest in the Chinese language and culture for many years, in 2005 I moved to Taiwan to learn Mandarin Chinese. At some point during my stay I had to start looking for work and ended up teaching German at a local language center. Right from the start I loved teaching German and since then have kept on working as a language instructor with a passion, gaining experience over the years and keeping up with improving my skills and expanding my knowledge up to this day.

Then I first taught German for asylum seekers in Austria. Since 2016 I have been teaching more and more online.

Over the years of studying different languages in different ways I realised that talking is truly the best way to learn a language and gain confidence. This can be especially difficult in the start and most people are reluctant to speak in public. That's why I centre my lessons around communication and interactive learning.
