カンパネラは 空中帝国を さしていいました。
「ぼくは、空から来たカンパネラだ。」

赤毛の女の名は『ヨナヨナ』といいました。
カンパネラは ヨナヨナに 空中帝国の存在を つたえました。
『森』の人間たちは、空に人間が住んでいるなんて、古い いいつたえだと思っていたようです。
ながい時間が、おたがいの存在を 消してしまったのでしょう。
「キミたちの からだは、『森』に住んでいても、なんともないのかい？」
「おかしなことをいうわね、カンパネラ。人は森と ともに生きるものよ」
「ぼくの世界ではそうじゃない」
「空中帝国には森はないの？」
「あるけど、それは殺菌された人工の森さ。空中帝国に住むぼくたちの からだでは、
　自然の森で暮らすことはできない」
ふたりは、おたがいが暮らす世界のことを話しあいました。
そのうちに、カンパネラもヨナヨナも おなじことを思うようになります。
’’どうして、人間の世界が ふたつに わかれたんだろう？’’

大家好，我是Yuli。欢迎收听我的播客。
今天想和大家聊一聊【线上健身热潮】的话题。
你知道最近中国最火的一个人是谁吗？他叫刘畊宏。他以前是一名歌手、演员。但是这一次这么多人知道他，是因为他在Tik-tok抖音的健身直播吸引了很多人。他有多火？他是2月开始直播的，截止到4月26号，关注他的粉丝已经超过五千万人。他的直播时间是每周二、三、四和周日晚上7点半到9点，以及周六早上9点到10点半。每天的直播有三百多万人加入直播间，和他一起跳健身操。
和他一起跳操的大部分是女孩子，也有一些男孩子。大家开始把自己叫做刘畊宏女孩和刘畊宏男孩，把刘畊宏叫做刘教练。每天的新闻大家都可以看到刘畊宏女孩这五个字。很多人开始在网上发自己跳操的视频，刘教练还会亲自去批改作业，看大家跳得对不对。也有人在网上发了自己健身前后的变化，很多人都变瘦变健康了。
我是从上上个星期开始成为刘畊宏女孩的，到了今天我已经跳了十几次，每次都是90分钟。有时候我没有时间跟直播，我会在网上找到录播的视频一起跳。其实一开始是我朋友告诉我的，但是我一直没有加入。有一天我觉得自己每天吃很多东西但是不运动，真的很不健康。于是我下载了抖音，关注刘畊宏，开始了刘畊宏女孩之旅。开始健身后，我的生活发生了很多变化。
首先，我的身体更好了。以前运动得太少，经常觉得脖子痛、腰痛。现在不仅身体更强壮，吃得也更健康。其次，跳操让我觉得很开心。每次90分钟都过得很快，一点也不觉得痛苦。因为在运动的过程中，刘教练会一直鼓励大家，还会和大家分享他和老婆的甜蜜故事。最重要的是，健身成为了我的生活习惯，每天我会充满期待。
