이 광고에서는 아이가 아빠에게 "엄마는 어디 갔어요?"라고 묻는데요, 아빠는 정확한 답을 주기 어려워 밤하늘의 별을 가리키죠. 
이 광고는 많은 한국 사람들에게 큰 감동을 주었고, 결국 이 아이스크림의 이름도 "엄마는 외계인"으로 바뀌게 되었어요.
