こんにちは。今日は7月10日水曜日です。「5分でわかる日本語」ポッドキャストへようこそ。私は日本語の先生、みわです。今日は、「アイス」と「氷（こおり）」の違いについてお話しします。

みなさん、夏にアイスを食べるのは好きですか？アイスは甘くて冷たいお菓子です。日本語で「アイス」と言いますが、英語では「ice cream」と言いますね。一方、英語の「ice」は日本語で何ていうか知っていますか？日本語で「氷（こおり）」のことです。これらについて詳しく説明します。

まず、「アイス」について説明します。「アイス」は、甘くて冷たいお菓子のことです。夏の暑い日に食べると、とてもおいしいです。アイスは、子どもから大人までみんな大好きです。夏にアイスを食べると、気持ちがいいですね。

次に、「氷（こおり）」について説明します。「氷」は、水を冷やしてかたくしたものです。飲み物を冷たくするために使います。暑い日に冷たい飲み物を飲むとき、氷が入っているととても気持ちがいいです。

「アイス」と「氷」の違いがわかりましたか？「アイス」は甘くて冷たいお菓子で、「氷」は飲み物を冷たくするためのものです。同じ「冷たい」ものですが、指す意味が違いますね。

では、ここで「アイス」と「氷」を使ったいくつかの例文を見てみましょう。
	1.	「アイスを食べる。」
	2.	「ジュースに氷を入れる。」
	3.	「かき氷を作る。」

かき氷について少し詳しく説明しましょう。かき氷は、氷を細かくして、その上に甘いジュースみたいなものや果物をかけたものです。夏に食べると、とてもおいしいです。

日本では、夏にたくさんのアイスを楽しむことができます。いろいろな種類のアイスがあります。例えば、チョコレートに包まれたアイスやジュースみたいに飲むアイス、コーヒー味のアイスなどがあります。いろいろな味や形のアイスがあるので、ぜひいろいろ試してみてください。

ここで、みなさんに問題です。「アイス」は何のことですか？

What are my strengths and passions?
What kind of world do I want to contribute to?
What impact do I want to have on the lives of others?
Remember, a Personal Mission Statement is a living document. It can evolve as you grow and your priorities shift. Reviewing it regularly can help you stay focused and make choices aligned with your true north.

Here's an example of a Personal Mission Statement:

To use my creativity and passion for science to develop innovative solutions that address environmental challenges, leaving a sustainable future for generations to come. 
This statement highlights the core value of environmental responsibility, the goal of innovation, and the desired impact of a sustainable future.
