こんにちは、Japanese with Yoshikoへようこそ！遅れましたが、明けましておめでとうございます。今年もよろしくお願いします。さっそくですが、皆さんにご報告があります。この度、サウジアラビアに引っ越してきました！この2か月半ほど、手続きや引っ越しでバタバタしていました。今回からは引っ越しやサウジアラビアでの生活について話す予定です。今日は「不用品売買」についてお話しします。今日のフレーズは「目当て」です。意味を知らない人はどういう意味か想像しながら聞いてみてくださいね。

皆さんは、不用品をどのように処分していますか。捨てますか、リサイクルショップで売りますか、それともフリマアプリで販売しますか。私は普段、フリマアプリを使います。フリマアプリとは不用品をアプリで簡単に売買できるサービスです。売れたときに手数料を10%ほど支払います。梱包、発送も自分でします。日本で人気のフリマアプリは「メルカリ」や「ラクマ」です。これらのサイトで人気の商品は子供服・本・おもちゃなど、軽量で中古で買ってもあまりリスクがないものだと思います。私もよく、子供服・本・おもちゃ・化粧品を買ったり、売ったりしています。フリマアプリを使うメリットは、いつでも売買できること、検索してお目当てのものを探しやすいこと、自分で価格を設定でき、購入者は出品者と価格交渉ができる点です。デメリットは、プロの検品ではないため、汚れなどの見落としがあったり、機械物は実際に使ってみないとわからない点です。フリマアプリを利用する際に大切なことは「信用」と「コミュニケーション」だと思います。出品者のプロフィールページで以前購入した人からの評価を確認できます。★1~5ですが、大体の出品者は★5です。購入前に商品ページで質問したり、購入後にお互いメッセージを送ることができます。商品が到着して、購入者が出品者を評価したら、出品者が購入者を評価します。私は今のところ、変な出品者や購入者に出会ったことはありません。
一方、オフラインのリサイクルショップのいいところは、フリマアプリで売りにくい大型商品やゲーム機器、ジャンク品などを売りやすい点です。もちろん値段は安くなりますが、ゴミになるよりはマシです。
今回、引っ越しに伴って、フリマアプリやリサイクルショップを利用して不用品を販売したところ、全部で4万円ほどの売り上げになりました。捨てるものを減らせて良かったです。

今日のフレーズは「目当て」でしたね。主な意味は二つあります。一つ目は、「目標とするもの、目印」で、二つ目は、「心の中で目指しているもの、目的。」です。今回は2番の意味で使いました。「金目当て」「お目当ての品」というように使います。例文です。「彼女は彼の財産目当で求婚した。」「ここのクロワッサンが目当てでわざわざ来たのに、完売だなんて、残念だな～。」それではまた、ばいばーい。

They can work with managers to develop transparent communication strategies, ensuring employees understand their roles and the company's direction. Additionally, the coach can guide managers in crafting career development plans for employees, fostering a sense of growth and opportunity. By creating a culture that values continuous learning and clear communication, business coaches empower employees and mitigate the anxieties associated with job insecurity.
