When employees fit into the culture of a company, they not only feel more comfortable, like they are at their home away from home, but they are happier, more engaged, and more productive.

How to Uncover the Culture of a Company

Nobel Ödüllü yazar Orhan Pamuk’un kitabı Masumuyet Müzesi, 2008 yılında yayımlanmıştır. Orhan Pamuk, kitabı kızı Rüya’ya ithaf etmiştir. Yazar bu kitabı on yıllık çalışma sonucunda oluşturduğu bilinmektedir. Müzede İstanbul’da yaşanan, 1970’li yıllardan 2000’li yıllara kadar uzanan bir aşk hikayesinin anlatıldığı objelerin yanı sıra 1950’li yıllarından itibaren gündelik hayatımızda kullanılan pek çok sayıda obje yer almaktadır.

The Museum of Innocence (Turkish: Masumiyet Müzesi) is a novel by Orhan Pamuk, Nobel-laureate Turkish novelist published on August 29, 2008. The book, set in Istanbul between 1975 and 1984, is an account of the love story between the wealthy businessman Kemal and a poorer distant relative of his, Füsun. Pamuk said he used YouTube to research Turkish music and film while preparing the novel
