Forcing:
Let me tell you how this made me feel.
This is what I think we should do…

Compromising:
If I (do this) can you (do this)?
I’m happy to agree on (this) if you can (do that).

Working together:
I’d like to hear your side of things.

Paris attend les Jeux olympiques! (Paris awaits the Olympic Games!)
Les Américains aiment le sport, et cette année, le monde du sport se tourne vers la France ! Savez-vous pourquoi ?  Les Jeux olympiques d'été auront lieu à Paris du 26 juillet au 11 août 2024. C'est la troisième fois que la Ville Lumière accueille cet événement international important.

En ce moment, Paris se prépare pour les Jeux. On peut voir le compte à rebours s'afficher dans la ville.  Les athlètes du monde entier s'entraînent dur pour être prêts à concourir.  Bientôt, la France vibrera au rythme des Jeux !

Hello. This is my podcast episode 30. I didn't have time to upload it last week. I was a bit busy. Finally, it's the 30th episode. The details of the webinar I told you about last time, which I will be hosting, have been finalised. It will be on 20 June from 10am to 10:45am Japan time. I have decided to close my Patreon account this month. I really wanted to continue, but my personal and professional life has become so busy that I don't have enough time to update it. I have learned from my students about a Chrome extension that displays furigana, so I hope to be able to see furigana on the website in the future. O português teve a língua árabe como uma boa influenciadora na sua formação. Essa realização aconteceu duas vezes… A primeira foi entre os séculos VIII e XV durante a ocupação dos Mouros na Península Ibérica, os Árabes levaram muita cultura à população, o problema era que pouquíssimos locais sabiam ler e escrever latim e a maior parte da população falava o chamado latim vulgar que depois viria a ser o português, então quem se aventura a conhecimentos acadêmicos, além de ter que saber Latim, tinha que saber Árabe, ou seja, ser bilíngue, dessa forma, uma mistura das duas línguas seria totalmente espontâneo com o passar das décadas - e também, os Árabes eram a maioria, sendo cultos ou não, assim…
