みなさんは、日本の居酒屋を知っていますか？
日本の飲み物と食べ物を出す店で、お酒を飲む人がよく行きます。
食べ物は小さい料理が多く、友だちや仕事の仲間と一緒に行きます。

居酒屋で日本人は、まず、飲み物を注文します。
その時に私たちは「とりあえずビールで」とよく言います。
「とりあえず」は、日本語でよく使う言葉で、「まずは」「ひとまず」という意味です。

ですから、
「まずはビールを飲もう」
「他のことはあとで考えて、とにかくビールを注文しよう」
という意味になります。

飲み物を注文すると、お通し　という、小さい料理が出てきます。

これは最初に出るサービスの料理で、少しお金がかかります。
料理を楽しむ前の軽い食事として、または酒の進みを良くするための役割を果たします。

お通しは、日本の飲食文化の中で非常に重要な位置を占めており、特に居酒屋などの店舗では、ほぼ必ず提供されます。お通しには地域や店舗ごとに特色があり、季節に応じた食材を使ったり、店主の工夫が凝らされていたりします。
お通しはお客様に対する「おもてなし」の一環としても重要視されています。
私は、お通しが好きです。
なぜなら、お店によって、お料理が違って、お店のこだわりが感じられるからです。
居酒屋でお料理を注文すると似たようなものになりがちです。
でも　お通しは　食べたことがないものが出てくることが多く、新たな発見があり、ワクワクするからです。

最近は、お通しを出さないお店も増えています。
食べたくないものを食べるのが嫌だという人が増えているようです。

In this episode we are going to learn how to【introduce my home】in Chinese.

As a beginner, there're some vocabularies that you didn't learn before, and native speaker's speed seems too fast to understand. But don't worry, let's do it step by step. 
1st time: listen and catch the words you know already, have a guess about the content.
2nd time: look at the text to check if you guessed it right. 
3rd time: listen one more time, repeat after it.
4th time: practice until you can speak as the normal speed without looking at the text.

我以前的家很小。
wǒ yǐ qián de jiā hěn xiǎo 。
My former home was very small.
只有一个房间。
zhǐ yǒu yí gè fáng jiān 。
There was only one room.
上个星期我搬家了。
shàng gè xīng qī wǒ bān jiā le 。
I moved house last week.
新家有三个房间。
xīn jiā yǒu sān gè fáng jiān 。
There are 3 rooms at the new house.
一个是我的卧室，一个是书房，还有一个是客房。
yí gè shì wǒ de wò shì ， yí gè shì shū fáng ， hái yǒu yí gè shì kè fáng 。
One is my bedroom, one is the study room, and the other is the guest room.
我家还有客厅、厨房、饭厅、洗手间和阳台。

男：嗯，目前多家24小时健身馆客流人群还是以年轻人为主，当然也得提个醒，医生的建议是饱餐后太过疲惫不适合做运动。另外，保障规律的运动时间也很重要。如果想早上或者是晚上运动，那还是要在不影响睡眠和工作的前提下进行。另外，一个人在健身房练习的时候还要格外注意安全。
女：现如今大家的生活水平越来越高了，我们对于运动健身包括体重管理更重视了，追求健康科学规律的生活是一种生活方式，更是一种生活态度。
男：在这样的地方想运动可以运动，想社交呢也可以社交，想休闲呢也能够独处。一方面是方便，一方面也确实让人感受更自在。
女：其实不仅是健身场馆，这些年全天候不打烊的24小时空间都挺火的。像便利店，还有24小时的阅读空间等等。市场有需求，相关的场所也越来越多了，对相关行业是机遇，让咱们的生活更加便利。
