日本の食卓事情3
毎日(まいにち)豊富(ほうふ)なおかずを作る理由(りゆう)は、小(ちい)さい時(とき)から家庭(かてい)で母(はは)の作る様々(さまざま)な料理(りょうり)を食(た)べていたせいで、同(おな)じ献立(こんだて)を毎日食べることに慣(な)れていないからだと思(おも)う。日本ではそういう家庭が多(おお)いだろう。
同じ献立が連続(れんぞく)しても、食材(しょくざい)を焼(や)いて味付(あじつ)けは塩(しお)だけでも、十分(じゅうぶん)じゃないか!と自分(じぶん)に言(い)い聞(き)かせたい。栄養(えいよう)が偏(かたよ)るとはいえ、たまに外食(がいしょく)してもいいじゃないか。
日常(にちじょう)の食事(しょくじ)なんて、そんな豊(ゆた)かにしなくてもいい!とは思(おも)いながらも、明日(あした)の献立に悩(なや)むそんな今日(きょう)。
