회사 생활을 하다 보면 자주 듣고, 또 써야 하는 표현들이 있어요. 특히 이메일이나 메신저에서 업무를 주고받을 때 정중하면서도 간결하게 소통하는 게 중요하죠. 오늘은 그중에서도 '공유드립니다'라는 표현에 대해 배워볼게요.

‘공유하다’라는 동사를 아시나요? 공유하다는 영어로 share예요. 내가 알고 있거나 가지고 있는 것을 다른 사람에게 나누거나 알려주는 거죠.

‘공유드립니다’는 ‘공유하다’를 높여서 사용하는 표현인데요, 상대방에게 존중을 표현하는 거예요.
‘공유드립니다’는 내가 가지고 있는 정보를 팀원이나 상사에게 전달할 때 쓰입니다.
단순히 “공유합니다” 또는 “보냅니다”보다는 조금 더 부드럽고 협업적인 뉘앙스를 줘요.

예를 들어, 회의가 끝나고 내용을 정리해서 메일로 보낼 때,
👉 “오늘 회의한 내용과 액션 아이템을 정리해서 공유드립니다.”
이렇게 쓰면, 상대방 입장에서도 ‘아, 내가 알아야 할 내용이구나’ 하고 주의 깊게 읽게 됩니다.
