쌤통이다 뭐예요? 
What is 쌤통? 

The word "쌤통" means the feeling of delight in someone's misfortune or failure.

In fact, there is a technical term for this in psychology.
Schadenfreude. 
"Schadenfreude" is a German word that refers to the experience of pleasure or joy that comes from witnessing or learning about others’ misfortune.

"Especially, when someone I am jealous of makes a mistake and stumbles in front of others, I find myself secretly happy."
When you feel this, you can say 쌤통이다. 

But be careful!
it is generally considered a negative emotion so you should not express that emotion inside out.

Nǐ xiǎng zài jiā lǐ xuéxí Hànyǔ ， Zěnme zuò ？ Dǎkāi diànnǎo ， nǐ néng kàn Hànyǔshū ， kàn ZhòngguóDiànyǐng 。 ---- Wǒ shì nǐ de Lǎoshī 。

Nǐ xiǎng qù mǎi dōngxi ， dànshì tài lěng le ， Zěnmebàn ？ Dǎkāi diànnǎo ， diànnǎo lǐ yǒu Bàba xǐhuan de zhuōzi 、 Māma ài hē de chá 、 nǐ xǐhuan de piàoliang Yīfu 。 ------ wǒ shì nǐ de shāngdiàn 。 
你 想    去 买  东   西 ， 但  是  太  冷   了 ， 怎  么 办  ？ 打 开  电   脑  ， 电   脑  里 有  爸 爸 喜 欢   的 桌   子 、 妈 妈 爱 喝 的 茶  、 你 喜 欢   的 漂   亮    衣 服 。 ------ 我 是  你 的 商    店   。 


Hěnduō rén shuō " Xièxiè nǐ 。 Wǒmen néng zài jiā lǐ xuéxí hé gōngzuò 。 " Dànshì ， diànnǎo yě bùhǎo ， hěnduō rén shuōhuà shǎo le ， shuìjiào shǎo le ， ---  wǒ bù xiǎng shì nǐmen de Yīyuàn 。 
很  多  人  说   " 谢  谢  你 。 我 们  能   在  家  里 学  习 和 工   作  。 " 但  是  ， 电   脑  也 不 好  ， 很  多  人  说   话  少   了 ， 睡   觉   少   了 ， ---  我 不 想    是  你 们  的 医 院   。
