こんにちは。Nanaです。
今日からわたしのポッドキャストチャンネル、「Nana のきまぐれ日本語チャンネル」をはじめることにしました。

「きまぐれ」はですね、そのときの気分や気持ちですることや、言うことが変わることです。
なので、自由にいろいろ話を変えながら、楽しいチャンネルにしていこうと思っています。
少しきんちょうしていますが、よろしくお願いします。

今日はですね、日本のラーメンについてお話ししたいと思います。
みなさんはラーメンを食べたことがありますか？
そして、どんなラーメンが好きですか？
わたしは北海道で生まれました。
なので、わたしは北海道のラーメンが大好きです。
北海道のラーメンについて何か知っていますか？
北海道のラーメンが有名な地域は札幌、旭川、函館です。

札幌は北海道で一番大きな街です。
札幌のラーメンは味噌ラーメンが多いです。
わたしはこの札幌の味噌ラーメンが大好きです。
味噌の味がすごく濃くて、いつも食べたくなります。

旭川。旭川は札幌よりも少し北にあります。
とても雪が多い地域です。旭川の有名なラーメンはしょうゆのラーメンです。
旭川のしょうゆラーメンもすごくおいしいです。

最後に函館です。函館の有名なラーメンは塩ラーメンです。
塩ラーメンは一番味がさっぱりしていて、少しお腹が疲れた時にもおいしいです。
わたしは今北海道ではなくて東京に住んでいるのですが、東京のラーメンも好きです。
でも北海道のラーメンはもっと好きです。
ですから、わたしは北海道に帰るといつもラーメンを食べます。

In questo primo episodio mi presento e parlo delle lingue che so.
In this first episode I introduce myself and speak about the languages I know.


TESTO: Ciao, questo è il primo episodio del mio podcast per studenti di italiano intitolato “Poliglotta per passione”. In questo episodio mi presento. Mi chiamo Andrea e sono italiano. Ho 28 anni e sono poliglotta. Mi piace imparare le lingue e ne parlo 14. L’italiano è la mia lingua madre, ma conosco anche l’inglese, il tedesco, il russo, lo spagnolo, il portoghese brasiliano, il rumeno, il bulgaro, lo svedese, il catalano, il francese, il greco moderno e il persiano. Parlo anche lombardo, la lingua locale della regione in cui vivo, la Lombardia. Inoltre sto studiando l’ucraino, ma ancora non lo parlo. Sono insegnante e traduttore. Insegno tedesco in un liceo linguistico, cioè una scuola dove si studiano tante lingue. Sono membro di HYPIA, l’associazione internazionale di poliglotti, e ho un canale su YouTube. Le mie lingue preferite sono il russo e il rumeno. In questo podcast voglio parlare della mia esperienza di poliglotta e darvi consigli su come imparare le lingue. E tu? Quali lingue parli? Today I will be discussing a topic that I found very interesting, and I hope you do to, It is something I have started doing and I definitely feel the positive effects. Today I am discussing grounding at first, this may sound a little woo-woo. But the science behind earthing and grounding is compelling: The earth is abundant in free electrons (negatively charged) that when connected to the body can help neutralize free radicals, providing antioxidant and immune-boosting properties

Grounding also called earthing, is a therapeutic technique that involves doing activities that “ground” or electrically reconnect you to the earth for various health benefits.
We walked barefoot and we slept in contact with the Earth never realizing that its surface contained limitless, natural, healing energy. Walking around barefoot is not our main mode of travel any longer. We live indoors much of the time and when we do walk or run outside, we wear rubber-soled shoes which prevent our feet from being able to absorb the Earth's subtle energy. Rubber is not conductive, but our bodies are!
