بيعتمد فَن اللامبالاة على فِكْرِة إِنُّو تِقْبَل الحَيَاة بِكِلْشِي فِيهَا مِن تَحَدِيَات وصُعُوبَات والتَرْكِيز عَلَى الأشياء المُمْكِن تَغيِيرْهَا وتَحْسِينْهَا.
بيعتبر هادا الفن وسيلة لتقوية الصحة النفسية من خلال تقليل الضغوطات الاجتماعية والشخصية.
كمان بيشجع على فهم إنو السعادة والرضا بيجوا من جوَّا ومو من المحاولات المستمرة لتَحْقِيق توقعات التانيين.
بيساهم ببناء شخصية قوية ومستقلة وقادرة إنو تاخد قرارات صحيحة.

"The Art of Indifference" is a lifestyle that encourages focus on the important things in life and ignoring the details that do not add real value.
This art helps you get rid of anxiety and stress caused by trying to satisfy people or seeking perfection.
The art of not giving a shit relies on the idea that you accept life with all its challenges and difficulties and focus on the things that can be changed and improved.
This art is considered a means to strengthen mental health by reducing social and personal stresses.
It also encourages the understanding that happiness and satisfaction come from within and not from constantly trying to meet other people's expectations.
It contributes to building a strong, independent personality capable of making sound decisions.

Daily English Podcast Chapter # 1

みなさんは、日本の居酒屋を知っていますか？
日本の飲み物と食べ物を出す店で、お酒を飲む人がよく行きます。
食べ物は小さい料理が多く、友だちや仕事の仲間と一緒に行きます。

居酒屋で日本人は、まず、飲み物を注文します。
その時に私たちは「とりあえずビールで」とよく言います。
「とりあえず」は、日本語でよく使う言葉で、「まずは」「ひとまず」という意味です。

ですから、
「まずはビールを飲もう」
「他のことはあとで考えて、とにかくビールを注文しよう」
という意味になります。

飲み物を注文すると、お通し　という、小さい料理が出てきます。

これは最初に出るサービスの料理で、少しお金がかかります。
料理を楽しむ前の軽い食事として、または酒の進みを良くするための役割を果たします。

お通しは、日本の飲食文化の中で非常に重要な位置を占めており、特に居酒屋などの店舗では、ほぼ必ず提供されます。お通しには地域や店舗ごとに特色があり、季節に応じた食材を使ったり、店主の工夫が凝らされていたりします。
お通しはお客様に対する「おもてなし」の一環としても重要視されています。
私は、お通しが好きです。
なぜなら、お店によって、お料理が違って、お店のこだわりが感じられるからです。
居酒屋でお料理を注文すると似たようなものになりがちです。
でも　お通しは　食べたことがないものが出てくることが多く、新たな発見があり、ワクワクするからです。

最近は、お通しを出さないお店も増えています。
食べたくないものを食べるのが嫌だという人が増えているようです。

        虽然这个城市的经济不像一线和超一线城市那么发达，但是每年都有世界各地的旅游者、络绎不绝地来到这里。Although the economy of this city is not as developed as the first and super first tier cities, but every year there are tourists from all over the world, an endless stream to come here.
        原因很简单：举世闻名的“云冈石窟“就在这个城市。The reason is simple: the world-famous Yungang Grottoes are located in this city.
