¿Sabías que el Hot Yoga mejora la salud del corazón? Entrenar en una sala a una temperatura elevada es, sin duda, todo un reto físico. El corazón, los pulmones y los músculos trabajan más y, por lo tanto, aumenta la respiración, la frecuencia cardíaca y el metabolismo. Un estudio de abril del año 2019 del Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine demostró que una sesión de Hot Yoga acelera la frecuencia cardíaca a un ritmo similar al de caminar a paso ligero (que equivale a 5,6 km/h).   

Y por último, tenemos otro beneficio de esta disciplina: mejora la salud de tu piel. Así es, sudar más mejora la circulación y hace que haya más sangre rica en oxígeno en las células de la piel. Por eso, estás tan brillante después del yoga. El sudor del ejercicio puede incluso revertir los signos de la edad en las células. Lo bueno de esto es que la piel puede producir más colágeno, hidratarse mejor y estar más tersa.
