안녕하세요! 
오늘은 삿포로라는 일본의 도시에 대해 말해볼게요. 
삿포로는 일본 북쪽에 있는 도시예요. 
눈이 많이 오고 겨울에는 정말 추워요. 
제가 여행을 갔을 때는 2월이어서 정말 추웠어요. 
그래서 온천에 갔어요. 
온천을 하고 라면과 초밥도 먹었어요.
삿포로에서는 2월에 항상 눈축제가 열려요. 
눈축제에서 많은 것들을 구경할 수 있어요.

Venditore: Perfetto. E per i pomodori, li vuole maturi o ancora un po' acerbi?

Cliente: I pomodori maturi. Ne vorrei quattro.

Venditore: Devo aggiungere qualcos'altro?

Cliente: No, grazie. Penso che sia tutto.

Venditore: Va bene. Ecco a lei le sue mele, banane, arance, carote e pomodori. Il totale è di 12 euro.

What is a good person?

先週月曜日に近所のスーパーに行くと、新しく寿司コーナーが出来ていました。私は寿司コーナーができることを全然知らなかったのでとてもびっくりしました。思わず寿司コーナーの写真を撮り、パートナーに送りました。
このスーパーはREWEという名前のスーパーで、ドイツ中にあるスーパーです。私は大きな町のREWEには寿司コーナーがあることは知っていました。でも私の住んでいる町は小さく、田舎なので、寿司コーナーができると思っていませんでした。
この寿司コーナーには2、３人の寿司を作る人がいて、そこで作って冷蔵庫に並べて売っています。サーモンやアボガドの寿司、最近人気のポケも売っています。
ドイツ人の生徒にREWEの寿司について聞くと、「ポケがとてもおいしい。」と言っていたので、近いうちにポケを買ってみたいと思います。

Supported by research in neuroscience and psychology, I explain how emotional tension activates the brain’s stress response, impairing memory and disrupting attention. But when we recognize these emotions as valid signals — not flaws — we begin the process of healing and learning at the same time.

I share tools rooted in cognitive reappraisal (Brooks, 2014) and self-compassion science, encouraging you to embrace your learning pace, your imperfections, and your worthiness to grow. We talk about how language learning isn’t just about fluency — it’s about coming home to yourself.

This episode is a reminder that you are allowed to move slowly, to feel deeply, and still make meaningful progress. In the presence of your most difficult emotions, you are still a learner with purpose — and that is a beautiful thing.
