この文法はJLPT N4の表現(ひょうげん)です。

意味(いみ)は、文(ぶん)の中(なか)に、２つの選択肢(せんたくし yes or no )を含(ふく)む。
英語では【Whether  ～かどうか】

(行く　買う　飲む　)

(ex)
なつやすみに日本(にほん)に行(い)くかどうか、まだわかりません。

あたらしい携帯電話(けいたいでんわ)を買(か)う　かどうか　なやんでいます。

なつやすみに実家(じっか)に帰(かえ)る　かどうか　まだきめていません。

あしたの朝(あさ)、仕事(しごと)がはやいので、ビールを飲(の)む　かどうか　まよっている。

第一个是如鱼得水。它的意思是：像鱼得到水一样。所以这个成语可以用来形容一个人得到跟自己十分投合的人或对自己很合适的环境。例如，经理最近找到一位新助理，两个人配合得很好，他感觉如鱼得水。也可以说：丰富的教学经验让他在新工作上如鱼得水。
第二个是笨鸟先飞。它的意思是：行动笨拙的鸟要先飞起来。所以这个成语可以用来形容：能力差的人要比别人更努力，才不会落后。例如，我没有别人聪明，所以我要更加努力，笨鸟先飞。
第三个是一石二鸟。它的意思是：一块石头扔出去打中两只鸟。所以这个成语可以用来形容：做一件事情得到两种好处。例如，他做了一笔生意，不但赚了钱，还交了一个朋友，真是一石二鸟。
最后一个是鸟语花香。它的意思是：鸟叫得很好听，花开得很香。所以这个成语可以用来形容美丽的自然风景。例如，春天到了,花园里鸟语花香。
