I will be discussing the four day working week from a UK prospective. Feel free to comment and let me know what you think about the four day week focusing on the benefits and negatives of the idea.

  从屡次来信看，你的心境近来似乎很不宁静。烦恼究竟是一种暮气，是一种病态，你还是一个十八九岁的青年，就这样颓唐沮丧，我实在替你担忧。
  一般人欢喜谈玄，你说烦恼，他便从“哲学辞典”里拖出“厌世主义”“悲观哲学”等等堂哉皇哉的字样来叙你的病由。我不知道你感觉如何？我自己从前仿佛也尝过烦恼的况味，我只觉得忧来无方，不但人莫之知，连我自己也莫名其妙，哪里有所谓哲学与人生观！我也些微领过哲学家的教训：在心气和平时，我景仰希腊廊下派哲学者，相信人生当皈依自然，不当存有慎喜贪恋；我景仰托尔斯泰，相信人生之美在宥与爱；我景仰布朗宁，相信世间有丑才能有美，不完全乃真完全；然而外感偶来，心波立涌，拿天大的哲学，也抵挡不住。这固然是由于缺乏修养，但是青年们有几个修养到“不动心”的地步呢？从前长辈们往往拿“应该不应该”的大道理向我说法。他们说，像我这样一个青年应该活泼泼的，不应该暮气沉沉的，应该努力做学问，不应该把自己的忧乐放在心头。谢谢罢，请留着这副“应该”的方剂，将来患烦恼的人还多呢！
