With the arrival of scorching summer, the exhausting season is coming! One of the foods that comes to mind when you think of summer that makes you feel hot is shaved ice. Nowadays, there are many types of shaved ice, but the representative and traditional one is definitely patbingsu. Patbingsu is a Korean summer dessert that is a food made by eating ice and sweet red bean paste, fruits, rice cakes, etc. together. Crushed ice is put on top of various ingredients, and the cool and sweet taste is irresistible. You can easily find stores, cafes, and bakeries that specialize in selling patbingsu.
