Marc est un garçon et Julie est une fille. Marc est français et son amie Julie est américaine. Marc va à une école française. C’est une grande école. Les élèves sont français.

今天想和大家聊一聊【精神内耗】的话题。当今的社会人们的压力越来越大，精神内耗这个词也更频繁地出现在社交网络。所谓精神内耗，一般是指心理健康范畴中的消极情绪，包括焦虑、紧张、困惑、后悔、多疑等等。精神内耗严重的人，通常会想太多，要求太高，然后产生一种无形的压力。关于精神内耗，我们来听听罗翔老师是怎么解读的。
只要人生存在就一定会有损耗的存在，但是问题就是在说这个内耗它得在一个合理的区间。就刚才余华老师说的是你得找到这样一个出口。这个内耗不会彻底把你给耗死，对吧？这个内耗呢，它会让你在危险中碰到了一种机遇，所以可能还是得有一种积极的眼光去进行看待。因为说实话很多时候环境我们改变不了，但是呢，也许你看待环境的眼光呢，能够做一个选择，做一个乐观的一种选择。因为人生不就这样嘛，累的时候就得睡一睡，躺平当然得躺了。难道你晚上睡觉的时候不躺平吗？站着睡觉吗？不可能嘛，对吧？躺平有时，积极有时，休息有时，然后工作有时。所以在某种意义上，就很多时候我们不是停留在想，而一定要去做。你其实想的话你损耗会很大的，那个CPU占的能量会特别大，也许啊。那做的时候呢，可能就会慢慢地让自己变得平静。因为人生它就是非常地复杂，而且每个人所碰到的境遇它其实是不一样的。为什么我们说我们去阅读，我们要阅读人类伟大的一些作品，也就是探究不同的人在不同的情境中会做一些什么样的选择。我们很难给出一个普遍化的结论，我们只是觉得作为人的话呢，他一定要拥有一种智慧去进行选择。大家都非常熟悉啊，尼布尔所说的一段话，就是对于可不能改变的人请给我力量让我去接受；对于可以改变的，给我勇气让我能够改变；但更重要的是要让我们能够拥有这种智慧去区分刚才两者的不同。如果是一些根本无法改变的，你跟它耗耗耗也耗不了。但是如果有些事情是我们可以去改变的，那我们为什么不跟它耗一下呢？谁怕谁呀，对吧？那更重要的可能还得拥有这种智慧，要区分哪些可耗哪些不可耗。你要跟可耗的去耗，跟不可耗的你就别跟它耗下去了，对不对？有的时候它得及时止损啊，对吧？
