In honour of our German heritage we celebrate Heilig Abend and new this year, the Rauhnächte. In honour of our North American heritage we celebrate Christmas. And in the tradition of a Celtic past we celebrate the Feast of Lights at Winter Solstice.

Holiday Special. Today I’d like to share with you some end-of-year traditions we celebrate in our home which is a mixture of three cultures.

يعتبر هذا الفن وسيلة لتعزيز الصحة النفسية من خلال تقليل الضغوطات الاجتماعية والشخصية.
يشجع على فهم أن السعادة والرضا يأتيان من الداخل وليس من المحاولات المستمرة لتحقيق توقعات الآخرين.
يُسَاهِمُ في بناء شخصية قوية ومستقلة وقادرة على اتخاذ قرارات صائبة بناءً على القيم والأولويات الفردية.

The Art of not caring" is a lifestyle that encourages focus on the important things in life and ignoring the details that do not add real value.
This art helps you get rid of anxiety and stress caused by trying to satisfy people or seeking towards perfection.
The Art of not caring relies on the idea that you accept life with all its challenges and difficulties and focus on the things that can be changed and improved.
This art is considered a means to strengthen mental health by reducing social and personal stresses.
It also encourages the understanding that happiness and satisfaction come from within and not from constantly trying to meet other people's expectations.
It contributes to building a strong, independent personality capable of making sound decisions.
