Kinou, watashi to musume sakana ni ikimashita. Kanojo ha shiawasedesu.
Really nice picture😊 幸せです can be used only for describing happy including yourself in general. It's not wrong from the perspective of grammar, but it might be not natural. If you would like to say that she looks like happy, in this case, 幸せそうです would be much more suitable to explain this situation😊 Great practice！
