13: "skills"
15: "work"
16: "gain"
"Gain" is the correct answer to #16 because "gain work experience" is a positive aspect of the job. For this reason, it fits well with the other two positive characteristics that are listed.
"come and work" is the correct choice because both "come" and "work" are infinitives. Things that are joined by "and" ought to be similar sorts of things:
"milk and cookies" (two nouns)
"swimming and running" (two present participles)
"pretty and smart" (two adjectives)
"come and work" (two verbs)
"skills" is correct but only because it is so commonly spoken. There is no grammatical reason why it is better than the others. It would be hard for you to know this. The only way you could figure it out on your own (other than speaking with a lot of English speakers) would be to ask AI which of the expressions is most commonly used.

I agree with the others; however I admit that 13 is tricky. Really all of the possible answers make logical and grammatical sense. However ________ SKILLS is sort of a standard phrase, especially if in the area of work.
