These sentences can't be explained, I'm afraid, because they are not grammatical. They don't make sense.
The first one could possibly be misheard. It might be 'also known as birds and bees'.
I can't make any suggestions for the meaning of the second one.

In US culture, and probably other English-speaking cultures, "the birds and the bees" is a half-joking reference to the way in which parents explain human reproduction to their children. In the old days, parents would have a talk with the children. They would say "it is time you knew the facts of life." They would begin in a roundabout way. They would explain how birds lay eggs, and how bees pollinate flowers.

The background of the "my problem sentencs" is such as:
A short story that happened to our family, my younger son asked his mother, "Mom, where do I come from." My wife thought he was old enough and so she explained where babies come from,
♦♦ as so known as the birds and the bees.♦♦
My son listened and looked puzzled. After my wife finished, he said that his older sister comes from England (she was born there) and my older son comes from Mexico (where he was born). My son said that he was not asking how babies are made. Then he asked,
♦♦"I so where do I come from?" ♦♦
My red-faced wife just ended the conversation and said, "You were born in Texas."

The 'grammar' in these two sentences is incorrect.
You need to check in your grammar book, how to use 'as' and 'so'.
(There are many ways of using these two words - perhaps try looking in a good English dictionary first.)
