Do you hear me? Can be answered yes (I can hear you) or No (I can’t hear you) How do you hear me? Is a different kind of question - it cannot be answered yes / no. If you are asking HOW do you hear me, the answer must explain HOW (like ‘I hear you using my ears’ )

You can say, "Can you hear me?" instead. "How" is used to ask the way something is done. 😊

As it’s not good English to say “are you hearing me (well/all right?)” native speakers have found a way around it by saying “can you hear me (well/ all right)?”. So “can you hear me (well/all right)?” is preferred, especially in British English, to “do you hear me?” when the present continuous is implied.

"Can you hear me?"....in most circumstances. If I wanted to be less casual, I would say "Do you hear me"" Either would be perfectly fine. You could also add "well" or "alright": Can you hear me well/alright? "How do you hear me" would be asking how you are hearing/listening to me: by phone, by speaker, etc. Good Luck!
