MY FIRST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE (ON A PLANE) PART 1
The first time I took a plane was when I was around 11. I travelled to Switzerland with my parents. As soon as my parents told me I'd go with them I felt so joyful but at the same time scared. It would have been the very first time for me and I really didn't know what to expect. I didn't even know how to efficiently pack a luggage. At the time I wasn't that much into YouTube, so I didn't know there were loads of "how to pack" videos. For this reason, I did it on my own mind and I just shoved my clothes into my luggage (which I regretted right after unpacking once we arrived at the hotel). The clothes were full of wrinkles and I also realised that I had forgotten much of the stuff I needed as I didn't pay too much attention on what I was putting in my suitcase.
I split the answer in half. If you're willing to correct me, please look for part 2 too. Thank you!

'Would have been' sounds like you never did take the trip. LUGGAGE is a general uncountable term. Nice job!
