Es gefällt mir eine intuitive Ernährung zu folgen ( oder: Mir gefällt eine intuitive Ernährung) . Man isst, worauf man Lust hat. Ich esse oft Obst, Gemüse, Fisch, Hülsenfrüchte und Getreide, aber ich esse selten Fleisch.
