What's the difference between the two words? : )

Both means to think. But yiwei is used when someone has a wrong assumption about something. Renwei is used when someone is offering his or her own opinion.

认为：renwei，对人或事物确定某种看法，做出某种判断：我～他可以担任这项工作。
以为yiwei：通常在口语之中，“以为”作主观动词使用，意为按照自己的想法事物会如何发展，但最后并没有如此。
