What are the silent letters in Italian?

There just are. It is like no aleph in الرحمن
Or الله
Or how ى is also an aleph
And don’t get me started on why ء isn’t a letter when we see it everywhere.

At school we are thaught that the H (particularly at the start of the sentence) Is the silent letter.
