How do you say Happy Birthday in Burmese?

It's incorrect.
That means "Birthday Hello"
You can say
"Mwaynae Mar Pyawrwin par hcay"
It's the correct answer.
It means "Happy birthday to you"

Actually, we don't say "မွေးနေ့မင်္ဂလာပါ". We just say "Happy birthday" like "Happy Birthday bro", "Happy birthday sis" and after that, followed by Burmese words.
e.g: Happy Birthay bro မွေးနေ့မှာ ပျော်ရွှင်ပါစေ
