“don’t think any less of me”
Does it mean “don’t think i’m a bad person” or is it “don’t forget me” ?

It's best described as losing respect. The person saying it is asking you not to lose respect for him/her. It is usually used when a person has done something that results in a question about his/her character.
"I know that I made a bad choice but, please, don't think any less of me."
