Usually I watch TV until midnight, so, after I brush my teeth, make my bed. Put my alarm to ring at 6:30 am. When I started to study English, usually I put my earphones and listen to English vocabulary until I fall asleep.
I don't if this helped me, but at least was calm to sleep.
