What is the best German self-learning book for beginners?
I tried Schritte Plus and Menschen, but I think it was only helpful with an explanation from a teacher.

Hi, I’ve heard Sicher is great but haven’t tried it myself yet. However I have ordered the books already. If you are on A1-B1 level I highly recommend using Deutsche Welle’s course called Nicos Weg. It’s completely free. I have completed it and can definitely say it’s the best course I’ve seen so far
