Cultural differences can skew and invalidate first impressions. Second, human beings are not static. You and other people’s emotions may change depending on, for example, the weather, the traffic or today’s work and so on. We can’t be 100% sure that what they showed is their usual state. And of course, we can’t make sure we are not affected by things going on in our environment. First impressions aren’t something bad but we shouldn’t judge others completely by first impressions.
