Hola Fabiola. The nearest beach to us is the Costa del Sol on the south coast of Spain, but it's packed with tourists, so it's not much fun or relaxing. Two cities that were interesting to visit, but spoiled by wall-to-wall tourists, were Edinburgh (Scotland) and Paris. So in conclusion, I'd prefer to go on vacations in the country. Saludos, Simón.
