Hi, I would like to say that you’re doing great with this paragraph! You sound very natural and this can convey the message clearly. As a Thai, I could understand it mostly. However, if I may, I would like to add some suggestions on the sentence structure to be more clear, here’s what I want to discuss
- ผมยังดู : I believe that you want to say “I’m still watching” with an emphasis on the fact that the action (of watching) is not finished yet. In this case, ผมยังดู sounds kind of incomplete, you should add อยู่ at the end to be more natural and to convey the message of incomplete action. So, it should be ผมยังดูอยู่. Personally, I would say ผมยังดูไม่จบ which means “I’m still watching (but I haven’t finished)”.
- หนังเป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับผี… : I understand that you want to say “The movie is about ghost…”. Thing is, in English or many European languages, there is definite article (the) which in itself signify that you’re talking about this one specific movie only and not the other, right? In Thai, there is no such thing, and when you translate it from “the movie” to just หนัง, the specification ability of “the” is lost, so you will have to add some words to show that you are talking about this specific movie, like เรื่องนี้. So it should be หนังเรื่องนี้เป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับผี… instead. Otherwise it will sound like you are talking about any movie in general, like saying “A movie is about ghost..”
- ผมอ่านวิญญาณมีชีวิตเหมือนผู้หญิง… : You might have to add มา to indicate the past tense of reading to sound more natural, it could be ผมอ่านมาว่าวิญญาณมีชีวิตเหมือนผู้หญิง… You will notice that you will also have to add the word ว่า (translate roughly to “that”) here to indicate that “วิญญาณมีชีวิตเหมือนผู้หญิง…” is the content of the source that you read about, not the object that is being read. It should be ผมอ่านมาว่าวิญญาณมีชีวิตเหมือนผู้หญิง… If the word ว่า is not used, วิญญาณมีชีวิตเหมือนผู้หญิง will be the object, you might be saying that you’re reading a ghost.
