In Thai, there is no such thing, and when you translate it from “the movie” to just หนัง, the specification ability of “the” is lost, so you will have to add some words to show that you are talking about this specific movie, like เรื่องนี้. So it should be หนังเรื่องนี้เป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับผี… instead.
