○" What are good habits?" Habits can be either good or bad, but today we will
talk about good habits. If we have good habits, we can live a good life. Some examples of good habits are getting up early in the morning, sleeping early at night , washing hands and
eating food etc. Apart from these, there are many things which are useful in our
daily life, like saying thank you or sorry if we make a mistake.
Nowadays most people use their phones all night long which is a bad habit.We should use our phones, but not so much that our eyes and health are harmed. We should brush our teeth first thing in the morning, then take a bath. Apart from these, there are many other good habits which we should adopt in our daily lives.
