In my opinion you can use better expressions like:
امروز دلم پیتزا میخواد
دلم هوس پیتزا کرده
Usually 'یک پیتزا می خوام' is used when you are ordering in restaurant or in a fast food.
Keep in your mind that its very informal and conversational 🤗

But we use normally
امروز دلم پیتزا می خواد.
It means : my stomach wants a pizza 🍕😁
