Hi Queti. Although in common speech some people might use plurals with 1 and 3, technically both are singular. None of them in your example means not any of them, so it’s plural.
Neither of us is
None of them live
Neither works

1 Definitely singular. Not one or the other is more intelligent than she is. You are considering them in turn.
2 Singular. Again you are considering them in turn,
3 Singular again.
2 is most like to use the plural in everyday speech.
