The grammar topic of every language that students are most likely to hate is the conditional tenses, in particular those that are related to probability and impossibility. To celebrate Pokémon Day again, I'll try to post here some theme sentences using conditional tense/mood. 1) If TCG players want extra service, they must pay a special subscription. 2) In case I play too much, I'll stop immediately. 3) If I had a time-travel machine, I would avoid wasting my salary on buying too many Pokémon cards. 4) If I had brought a bigger suitcase/more luggage, I would have probably bought more Pokémon souvenirs in Japan. 5) If I hadn't visited Shibuya, I wouldn't have a pleasant memory of Mewtwo at the Pokémon Center entrance. 6) If the TCG app wasn't free, I wouldn't have downloaded it on my smartphone.
