Hello. Here is rainy today but I love rain. Do you like it when it is rainy?
Rainy is an adjective. You can't like rainy but you could say I'd like it when it is rainy or I like it when it is raining or I like rain.

I sent that correction too quickly. It should say here it is rainy today. Or you could say today it is rainy here.
