I was set a task to write an essay. Could you please check it for me? An essay - Benefits of outdoor adventure programmes Many people contend that teens nowadays often lack social experience and consequently have a lot of problems connected with their self-esteem and confidence. Schooling cannot meet this challenge completely, so many other forms of social events for teenagers are required. Outdoor adventure programmes seem to be one of the best solutions to this problem. Here are some reflections on how such programmes can be beneficial. To begin with, living in a campsite with other people somewhere in the countryside is healthy itself, but apart from that, it can help young people become more aware of nature. For instance, foraging in the woods might be an admirable opportunity to learn useful information about the environment. Teens might be offered to pick some wild mushrooms or berries that they can use in their food. As a result, this activity will reduce stress and make young people more observant. Even though learning about nature is entirely useful in order to broaden teens’ awareness of wildlife, it is much more important to offer “adventures” that are aimed to boost relationships, the feeling of trust. Bushcraft, that is the art of surviving in nature without any tools or equipment, is one of them. Undoubtedly, building shelters and a fire is fun, but also requires working as part of a team, which is much more important than any individual experience. To conclude, the more active programmes and outdoor activities me offer, the more beneficial it will be for modern young people. 256 words

Well done. The English here is generally very good. If this is for IELTS the only real problem is the lack of coherence. You start by saying the main problems for teens are low self-esteem and confidence but they aren’t mentioned again.
