For lunch today i’ve cooked some simple dishes: fresh and light vegetable soup with celery, cauliflower, pepper, carrot and leek for the first course; mashed potatoes with slightly fried chiken liver in source cream and salad with radish, iceberg lettuce and olive oil for the second course and juicy and sweet orange for dessert. The best thing of this dinner is it took me no more 40 minutes. And in the end (some time later, when i put my sun to bed) i allowed muself a big piece of chocolate with double portiin of espresso, because more than my love for my son is only my lack sleep)
