I would just change it a little bit:

Organized, responsable and analytical with more than nine years of experience in project coordination. Highly motivated self-learner, with a desire to be part of a strategic company to develop and implement actions that help its growth and success.

I might also change the last bit to “help it grow and succeed”, but it works how it is too 🙂
