我有另外个意见。Bland food 是味道很淡的食品。 Lighter food （或者 light food） 是不腻的食品比如沙拉。但如果你说 “This food has a light flavour” 那意思就是味道很淡。

我觉得都是指味道很淡的，Bland food更侧重无味的，lighter food应该是相较于火锅这些，较为清淡不上火的食物。
