The people living in different regions of China have various diets. For example, people from the north mainly eat noodles while people from the south mainly eat rice.In the costal areas,the seafood and freshwater products account for a large portion in people's diets,while meat and dairy are more common in the diets of people from other areas.the spicy food enjoys great popularity among the residents of Sichuan and Hunan Province,while citizens in Jiangsu and Zhejiang prefer sweet food.Flavors of the same king of food,however,might be different due to various cooking ways.
