I'm not really a big fan of movies, but my favorite is Forest Gump. I've seen/watched it three times.

It's more natural to say "I'm" and "I've" rather than "I am" and "I have", but of course, either is acceptable. Seen and watched are interchangeable in this context.

I am not really a big fan of movies, but my favorite movie is Forrest Gump (1994) directed by Robert Zemeckis and starring Tom Hankd. I have watched it three times :) “My mama always said, ‘Life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get.'” -Forrest.

I liked this movie too.
