Hello native English speakers. I have not been breaching any rules of this italki website but many times I have been banned , I don't know who or what did so to me without any mercy. so I guess may be it was the italki 's robot, it must have made a mistake in thinking I breached their Community Guidelines. I am eager to ask to be unbanned but I ,as a native Chinese with very limited English, have no way to contact italki 's support, letting alone to request them to unban me. help! help! who can help me for saving me.
