Everynight I eat dinner about 8. Then I watch a movie in TV and then I check my social media specially Instagram. Then I brush my teeth and go to bed about 12 o'clock. Of course I can't sleep imediately and I would thinking about everything before sleep and this is very though and painful 😔😔

Everynight I eat dinner at about 8, I watch a movie on TV and then I check my social media, especially my Instagram. Then I brush my teeth and go to bed at about 12 o'clock. Of course I can't sleep imediately and I think about everything right before I go to sleep and this is very tough and painful. 😔😔

Be careful with your prepositions. Remember we use ‘at’ with time. At 12, at 8, at 11.
