I'm a half blind dislectic. Maybe that's the reason why the writing is a real challenge for me. That's why I would like to add some podcasts about my country and it's culture here on this website. The problem is that I can't find a clear explanation how exactly to do that. Any idea? Any Help?

I suspect Furqan is correct that podcast creation is a feature for teachers only. You could always contact Support with your idea, but it would probably be easier for you to simply register as a community tutor and teach Polish. This would also give you some real-world feedback on how and why students are learning your language, and what their interest in your culture is.
