1. We can adjust the task and jobdesk for the employee by looking at their skills and interests, because when we love our job/what we do, we can do it better. Also, we should make sure that we distribute the work evenly so that all employees have the same workload. 2. Provide a good work environment so they can work properly and comfortably 3. Provide training for employees. Not only training that related to their job, but training that can boost themselves to be a better person. Additionally, training for increasing their soft skills. 4. We can make a case study and ask them to solve it with their own creativity and innovation and provide rewards to whoever can solve it. With the reward we can push them to be creative and innovating because i believe these qualities can lead us to be more productive people 5. We can organise an event to strengthen the relationships between employees, for example, dinner/lunch together, outbound events, etc. I believe these kind of events can release our stress and maintain our healthy relationship between colleagues.
